At Kindling Harvest, we offer a three-tiered trim service, each with multiple options to best suit the needs of our clients. Before any work begins, we conduct a thorough grading of each batch to assess bud quality, density, moisture content, and overall condition. This ensures that our quotes accurately reflect the level of work required, which aligns expectations for both parties. Our structured approach allows clients to choose a service level that balances speed, precision, and budget considerations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. $50/lb hand trim, $25/lb hybrid technique

Our defoliation rates are simple. We charge $12 per pound of leaf pulled. Because different grows and techniques yield different amounts of defoliation needs, we have found that the most effective way to ensure our client has transparent value is to charge by the pound of leaf pulled.
To give you an idea of how this breaks down, a grow room that is 1000 ft² can yield anywhere between 110 to 220 pounds of removed leaf. This breaks down to a cost per ft² of between $1.32 and $2.64.
